We’ve added some exciting new partners to our list: Lincoln Center, Queensland Performing Arts Center, and Sydney Opera House. These are our first major performing arts partners, so we’ve got something special in the works.
They’ll be working with Kadenze Academy to develop a Program designed for teaching artists: “professional artists and creatives seeking to integrate their art form, perspectives, and skills into a wide range of settings such as schools, after school programs, community agencies, prisons, jails, and social service agencies.”
This four-course online Program is designed for beginners in the field of teaching artistry, but it isn’t just straightforward pedagogy: you’ll be networking with other artists, taking advantage of the spaces around you, and designing projects and performances centered around collaboration and community. The first course will begin in the next few months, but enrollment is open now so you can stay up to date.
